Pride University will be recommending books, articles, pod casts, etc. for employees to read or listen to that will help develop behavioral competencies based on Pride’s Enterprise Competency Model. We are currently recommending Crucial Conversations, which supports development in collaboration and coaching, among other competencies.
Crucial Conversations is a book based on more than 20 years of research into why people avoid difficult conversations as well as how to become successful when having them. Pride has used the Crucial Conversations training in the past with GOM employees and now Pride University has made this training part of a leadership program, PrideFM.
