2010 Performance Management Workshops
Preparing for this year’s performance reviews, a number of Pride managers recently participated in Talent Management Workshops. These workshops were held globally to allow for a greater number of participants.
Managers in Saudi Arabia, Cairo, Angola, Macae, and the corporate office attended a one-day workshop covering the following topics:
- Establishing goals and expectations
- Preparing and conducting performance review discussions
- Using performance ratings effectively
- Understanding behavioral competencies and their components
In this highly-interactive workshop, participants were able to learn the basics, receive clarification to performance-related questions, and learn from each other as participants discussed concerns and potential solutions.
A total of 152 managers participated in the workshops globally. Additionally, several online programs were offered to Individual Contributors to assist in their preparation of the performance review discussion.
